Job Summary

Drives the implementation of the HR strategic projects in support of short and long-term business goals by building partnerships and alliances throughout the organization

Please note that this position is hybrid, comprised of remote and in office work. PSEG reserves the right to amend the hybrid model at any time.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement HR strategic initiatives in support of clients' business goals
  • Represent HR at the business table of client Senior Leadership Teams as needed to provide updates and d tactical guidance and direction on strategic projects
  • Partner with recruiters hiring managers and HRBPs throughout the hiring process where PSEG employees are posting for MAST positions
  • Engage with employees to provide feedback, advice and counsel on their job candidacy for PSEG posted roles
  • Draft Enterprise wide communications in support of the project


Job Specific Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree or 8-10 years relevant HR experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist/Employee Relations
  • Broad knowledge of all HR disciplines with a demonstrated in-depth knowledge in Talent Acquisition
  • Familiarity with SAP or another related business management software
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications, especially Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Listening and presentation skills

Desired:
  • Knowledge and/or experience working in a Utility and/or a production plant environment
