About the Job

As a Reliability Intern with ATD (Analog Technology Development) you will have the opportunity to work on:

• Characterization and modeling of Negative Bias Temperature Instability (NBTI) in advanced analog technology nodes

• Programming of Keysight B1500 parametric analyzer for ultra-fast NBTI measurements

• Aging model development with NBTI stress, relaxation and duty cycle dependence for SPICE level circuit simulation

• Calibrate & fine tune aging model with existing ring oscillators and product level measurements

Minimum Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering
  • MInimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 required
  • Experience in semiconductor device physics and characterization
  • Familiarity with Keysight B1500 programming, MATLAB and SPICE simulations are desirable

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of semiconductor device physics and reliability
  • Strong analytical and programming skills (C, Matlab, etc)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to take initiative and drive for results
  • Strong time-management skills that enable on-time project delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
  • Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
