Senior Director, Resource Management

Are you looking for a new opportunity leading Resource Management and reporting to a dynamic VP?

You will:

  • Develop scheduling process and operating models that ensure the right resource is placed on the right work at the right time
  • Develop assessment & reporting metrics to achieve performance drivers and identify recommended action items
  • Develop recommendations on how to improve efficiency and throughput
  • Manage scheduling function, as well as the permitting and paving organizations and personnel, and ensure the appropriate tools are available for optimal performance
  • Collaborate with the field operations teams to provide work packets that are efficient and integrate feedback
  • Partner with supply chain on opportunities in sourcing, resource availability, and feedback mechanisms
  • Lead collaboration efforts with a variety of regulatory agencies
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Manage a team of 20

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field (or experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 15 years of experience in resource management or utility construction
  • A demonstrated track record of being a driver of transformation in work management, scheduling, processes, and engagement.
  • Leadership, collaboration, change and vendor management, safety engagement expertise
