Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A

Job Overview:

  • Prepare robust business planning through accurate budgeting/forecasting
  • Lead business partner supporting two key business units of FSPx
  • Assist the preparation of financial plans to understand the drivers of revenues and costs
  • Conduct monthly variance analyses
  • Identify & lead process improvement
  • Dynamic business partner who leverages relationships to drive financial planning
  • Work with Controllership/Finance Shared Services to review and ensure the accuracy of financial reports
  • Continuously seek new ways to leverage business data to offer fresh insights and aid decision making
  • Conduct advanced financial analyses to support ad-hoc requests utilizing complex scenario planning
  • Mentor and develop lead data reporting analyst to leverage best in class tools and models
  • Translate business strategies, initiatives and projects effectively into financial modeling


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience


  • 5-7 years of providing financial anaylsis support and insight; previous CRO experience preffered
  • Excellent communication skills: Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
