About This Role

The Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology ( PO&T ) Learning Associate collaborates with Functional Learning Partners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and/or area management to organize learning needs. The Learning Associate manages the curricula and learning assignments for site area of responsibility while ensuring global alignment, where appropriate.

What You'll Do

The Learning Associate maintains relationships with customers. They provide updates to leadership, as required. They act as primary point of contact and maintain a deep understanding of the training program and how it applies to each site. They use knowledge of systems and processes to address general questions regarding learning processes and functions. They perform assessments of changes requested by business and approve on behalf of learning and perform assessment of controlled documents for training impact. They make recommendations to address any learning gaps or change in the scope of audience. Supports audit and inspection activities as needed. Ensures standardization of curricula and learning assignments for area of responsibility.


Required Skills
  • 1-3 years in a learning or related roleBA/BS Degree or sufficient related experience
  • Super organized and logical with a compliance mindset
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills
  • Biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience of interest
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
