About this Role

The Contract Operations Senior Analyst will be responsible for the administration and processing of government and commercial rebates in a timely and accurate manner. This position will master the Model N Revenue Management system and complete detailed calculations, validations, and reporting. The person will prepare payment package reports utilized by internal and external stakeholders to drive access and support decision making.

What You'll Do
  • Develop high quality, accurate, consistent payment package detail with a goal of 100% on-time payments each quarter.
  • Must be attentive to detail when preparing payment packages and managing large volumes of claims data.
  • Responsible for maintaining an effective customer focus: communicating with and providing rebate claim supporting documentation to external and internal customers.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies between invoiced amounts and rebate contract calculations. Timely resolution of disputes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update multiple Rebate Tracking spreadsheets, State and Payer agency contact lists, and Quarterly Status metrics.
  • Ensure compliance to procedures by performing due diligence and following SOP’s
  • Analyze payment variances and trends, communicate abnormalities to key stakeholders, and document in detail explanations of all invoice adjustments.
  • Participate in internal and external audits, when required, in order to demonstrate compliance with policies, laws and regulations


Qualifications

  • Three to five years of work experience required
  • Experience with Revenue Management Systems highly desired (Model N, etc.).
  • Analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing mid to large volumes of data
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with full MS office product portfolio
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of business protocol, time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work on multiple projects across various cross-functional team
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
