This brand was created and designed to be purposeful and boasted of a very happy, creative and purpose driven culture. One of the fastest growing cross category beauty brand in the world, present across 50 countries with a very strategic space at the confluence of natural and sustainable.

LBP is a very exciting new beauty business within Unilever, leading sustainable innovations that are first to the market and disruptive. Campaigns and content that land with impact and create a consumer love. Empowered teams that work toward excitement projects is how we propel the brand forward. Who You Are & What You'll Do

The Global Associate Brand Manager Love Beauty and Planet willsupport theSenior Brand Manager increating and executing all marketing activities that grow our range of LBP. They must be versed in all areas of brand marketing: Brand, Innovation, Insights & Planning,

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:
  • Supporting the Sr. Global Brand Manager in crafting LBP innovation roadmap.
  • Developing the right products to win: concept, formulation, packaging and that will enhance the LBP Product and Planet philosophy.
  • Innovation project management: leading the global x-functional team to prep and deliver product innovation for launch.
  • Developing and landing in market Brand Experience Toolkits.


What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 3+ years in Marketing, with some experience in Innovation Crafting.
  • Project management experience: managing networks, artwork design and approval process and working with x-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Consumer engagement).
  • A balance of art & science - ability to think creatively & strategically, with strong business mindset.
  • A Problem Solving mindset and willingness to challenge the established norms.
  • Comfortable with using data throughout aspects of the role, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking.
  • Passion for big iconic brands and desire to leave a mark.
  • Experience in crafting successful concepts and impactful pack designs.
  • Ideally Personal care experience.
