Provides operational support to Global Transparency Reporting & Operations to process HCP and HCO payments and transparency disclosure reporting. Role provides opportunity to apply analytical skills to the pharmaceutical industry, gaining knowledge and experience in Transparency Disclosure Reporting, Expenditure Operations and Vendor management.

The Analyst provides operational support to Global Transparency Reporting & Operations to process HCP and HCO payments and transparency disclosure reporting. Role provides opportunity to apply analytical skills to the pharmaceutical industry, gaining knowledge and experience in Transparency Disclosure Reporting, Expenditure Operations and Vendor management. Responsible for submitting requests for HCP Payments in accordance with defined processes and ensuring all required information is included and the request is actioned.

Job Duties
  • Creating and cancelling purchase orders
  • Requesting payments
  • Making vendor creation requests
  • Processing payment requests for fee for service interactions, out of pocket expenses and speaker payments
  • Manage internal tracker documents and other reporting tools and resources to ensure the information is accurate and compliant with company policies and the transparency disclosure reporting requirements.
  • Responsible for reviewing reports and documents for accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Undertake timely issue resolution for internal and external stakeholders through collection of information and a good working knowledge of company systems, procedures, policies, and information sources.
  • Responsible for contacting customers for clarification of information provided.
  • Responsible for escalating key issues to manager to ensure all transparency and compliance guidelines, and system requirements are met.
  • Assist departmental management, as requested, with other direct and indirect operational projects.


Job Requirements
  • Minimum of a High School diploma is required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Veeva, Concur and SharePoint
  • Excellent Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills and a meticulous eye for details and ability to follow through to completion
  • Able to demonstrate quality customer service and problem-solving skills when dealing with requests
  • Ability to work within a multifunctional team as well as across a larger cross functional environment
  • Ideal candidate would also have
    • Work experience in accounts payable or data entry
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Working knowledge of U.S. Sunshine Act or other transparency disclosure requirements and related BMS policies, procedures, business practices and systems
