Position Summary
  • Responsible for Human Resources knowledge content oversight, including publishing and maintaining HR content on myBMS, and PS HR knowledge base.
  • Partners with stakeholders to establish content for employees and managers regarding HR programs and offerings.
  • Ensures that knowledge is kept current, integrated and is consistent across materials accessible by line managers, employees as well as People Services (PS) teams.
  • Responsible for article access dependent on employee record profile values (also known as HR criteria).

Detailed Position Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with PS, COEs, HR Business Partners and other HR Service Delivery leads to collect and administer HR content available on myBMS.
  • Continuously seek to improve range, depth, and effectiveness of content and messaging to elevate awareness and understanding.
  • Drives the collection of local content to populate the portal for a full user experience.
  • Provides guidance and support on how best to integrate different material to drive the best user experience (Enabling efficiencies in PS, and delivering end to end, just-in-time cohesive content).
  • Responsible for monitoring the analytic trends of all content, creating reports to drive decisions, and CI recommendations.
  • Partners with capability center teams to drive improvements and fill gaps in content.
  • Supports the design of updates, ensuring site governance and user needs.
  • Reviews submitted content against established norms and escalates any concerns to the global website lead.
  • Acts as the point person to know what content PS has for a specific topic.
  • Makes recommendations and helps facilitate the retirement of outdated content.
  • Monitors usage and responds to feedback, in order to foster continuous improvement and drive closure at tier 0.
  • Makes modifications to metadata to improve search results. Verifies relevant search results are returned and that ranking is as expected.
  • Supports the translation process for People Services.
  • Supports testing activities for all system upgrades.
  • Raises Incidents & Ideas as appropriate.
  • Works with and supports HR communications to help market change initiatives.
  • Administrative support as needed by Global Service Management team such as onboarding lifecycle event activity and chatbot functionality.

Desired Experience
  • Bachelors / Associates Degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Content management experience, preferably in HR.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end processes globally to ensure integrated approach to knowledge.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills that reflect the ability to clarify and simplify complicated messages.
  • Flexible, self-motivated, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to handle several assignments at once in a multi-task environments.

Ideal Candidates Would Also Have
  • Enterprise HR process and/or operations experience.
  • Demonstrable experience of effectively partnering with a diverse client set across many locations/regions.
  • Experience working with current HR enabling systems: ServiceNow, Workday, Sharepoint.
