Responsibilities: The position is accountable for proactively understand business information needs in order to support the Commercial organization in PR. Clearly defines strategic priorities on:
  • Analyses, monitors, audits, and reviews data and information from BMS’ diverse customer base
  • Interprets/validates customer data, formulates meaningful analysis, and is capable for influencing the BMS Organization Matrix Teams to reach agreements for the best possible information solutions to business decisions
  • How to best deliver accurate data and analysis of market access environment that could impact BMS product performance
  • Manage BI infrastructure to provide customer performance forecasting dashboards
  • Analysis of customers performance vs. national and territory performance Deploy and achieve user adoption of new software and data solutions
  • Assures IMS/OneLook data in the system is updated as the different reports are received and provides input during district and territory tactical plans development/validation/revision
  • Dashboard preparation to monitor and analyze trends and performance
  • Analyze and provide a monthly Performance Scorecard to effectively track brand and Field Force performance.
  • Support the BUD and the Brand Manager with market reports and data analysis as require for Brand Strategic Planning, Business reviews, Sales Projections, Budget presentations and monthly performance review
  • Establish service priorities and agreed upon strategies in collaboration with assigned areas.
  • Identifying areas of opportunity for data gathering or analysis automation
  • Liaison between BMS Puerto Rico and BMS US Ops team to continuous improvement solutions and services.
  • Brand Call plan revision
  • Provide knowledge and training on reporting tools such as SMART, PBI, BI Analysis Manager, OneLook and others
  • Responsible for the Sample Management process include but not limited to Inventory, replenish, etc.
  • Support with PR Rebates process
  • Incentive Compensation Plan
    • IC Methodology revision with the BUD and the Business Analytics team by brand
    • Support the goals setting process
    • Participate in the weekly IC meeting revision
    • Data report verification
    • Payroll file Audit and Payout process
    • Brand Contest preparation
    • Winner Circle methodology and calculation

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance
  • Skill in interpreting and using business and marketing analytics. Knowledge and skill in development and execution of local sales plans that support strategic initiatives
  • Planning and project management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools - Excel and PowerPoint expert.
  • Proficiency with financial principles, core business concepts, and business and operations management
  • Strong analytical skills, well organized and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, and programs
  • Experience with customer base customer and market industry knowledge. Successful experience working with the local sales matrix team to accomplish business objectives
  • Ability to apply customer insight and market industry knowledge to business decision making
  • Ability to impact and influence others with no direct reporting relationship.Ability to communicate effectively and clearly and appropriately direct and synthesize communications
  • Demonstrated learning agility; ability to adapt in an agile way as required
  • Full bilingual, excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills at all levels of the organization; (English/Spanish languages)
  • Must possess strong analytical and communication skills, and a well-developed ability to constructively work across functional areas and levels to achieve results
  • Proficiency in developing presentations to facilitate meaningful discussions, with clearly communicated analysis, findings, and impact
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
