Let's do this. Let's change the world. During this 6-month program (January 2022 -July 2022), you will have the opportunity to work closely with a multi-discipline team to assist with evaluating/ assessing current systems and providing continuous improvement engineering support for processes in the Quality Control (QC) organization. In this position you will have the opportunity to support the performance improvements of critical processes in Amgen Manufacturing Limited using Industrial Engineering concepts and tools through the following actions:
  • Assess functional project data from different sources and establish baseline conditions for current state, gather feedback from clients and prepare user requirements document, develop proposals for consolidated system, establish execution plan for selected proposal and deliver solution according to plan targets.
  • Perform standard industrial engineering work requiring application of standard techniques and procedures.
  • Assist more senior engineers in the evaluation and implementation of continuous improvement projects, policy changes, compliance improvements and optimization programs.

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer
  • At Least 3.00 of GPA (General).
  • Have completed at least 3 years of college education
  • Be enrolled in School
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent English writing skills


Beyond that, we prefer that the student possess:
  • Working knowledge six sigma statistical tools, processes, and programs with emphasis on the DMAIC model
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical/biotech processes
  • Familiarity with documentation in a highly regulated environment model
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Well Organized
  • Proficient in the following software: Excel, MS PowerPoint, Word
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools and concepts (WBS, milestone management, communication plans)
