Senior eCommerce Analyst/Functional Lead

This role will report to the Director, Order to Cash. You will be responsible for supporting theAnimal Health (AH) eCommerce Product within the eCommerce Product Team. The successful candidate is also responsible for the Agile deployment of an Ecommerce Product that meets thebusiness strategy across functional teams. In this role, you will communicate and coordinate with the Global Business Process Lead oneCommerce, commercial stakeholders, project executives, and stream leads to ensure appropriate integration of eCommerce processes and otherrelevant areas across the organization. With strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial sales process, you don't only translaterequirements into technical and functional possibilities but also be able to communicate challenges back to the business audience.

The candidate we are looking for is a hands-on specialist with a strong knowledge of eCommerce. You will beof the daily operations within the eCommerce Product Team, and enterprise thinker, able to accomplish success
by working together with teams with different expertise.

As the eCommerce functional lead , you are primarily working on SAP Commerce Cloud technical settings andconfigurations, rollout approach, and execute implementations, you will architect custom extensions, create
and handle products and product variants, and implement language and currency management. You will independentlydrive developments in SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years as a SAP Commerce Cloud/Hybris professional with experience in e-Commerce, Content Management & Migrations,Supply Chain applications implementations.
  • 1 to 2 full life cycle implementations using SAP Commerce/Hybris.
  • Implementation of multiple Hybris projects and expert in hybris data modeling and migrations, Hybris cockpitdesign. In-depth expertise in digital assets using DAM tools.
  • Experience with implementing SAP Commerce/Hybris eCommerce modules: cart, personalization, catalog, promotions,checkout, order management and customer service and its integration with other application, like SAP and CRM solutions.
  • Previous experience working with SAP Commerce/Hybris cockpits PCM, WCMS, HMC, Impex, and SAP Commerce/Hybris accelerators.
  • Expertise in integrations to other applications like Payment, Taxing, Shipping, and other social and analytics applications solutions.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Being able to translate the business requirements into commerce Cloud technical setting.


Education:

BA or BS (Master's Degree is a plus).

Preferred Skills:

Pharma/Global experience is a plus.

Exposure to headless eCommerce solutions.

Experience in J2EE.

Understanding on Deployment and architecture of enterprise applications using SAP Cloud services or any
Hosting providers like AWS, Azure.

Prior experience in delivering Agile methodologies.
