As a lead consultant, you will lead a client-facing project team to advise client executives and architect solutions to address their most important challenges. You will design high-level research, direct project activities, and create and deliver powerful insights. You will ensure on-time, high-quality client deliverables. Using your business acumen and partnership development talents - coupled with Gallup science and innovative strategies - you will be at the forefront of account growth.

What you need:
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
  • Proven competence in research design, research methods, political science, foreign affairs, higher education or social impact issues required
  • At least five years of experience in paid professional work in client management, business development and/or management consulting required
  • Ability to travel to work on-site at client locations when needed as organizations increase in-person interactions
  • Track record of successfully leading projects that influenced outcomes for client accounts
  • Eligibility to work in the United States required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
