Job Summary
Responsible for managing the pipeline and forecast for Product Sales Support & Analysis. Reports procedures, resolves operational issues and ensures personnel receive required information and documentation to perform their tasks efficiently. Oversees the communication flow between functional groups regarding sales forecast, reports and analysis on client activity.
Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Partners with internal and external stakeholders on business development and sales support activities including generation.
  • Manages team that develops and review business proposals, including cost estimates, sales force database management, sales reporting and production/control of presentations and proposals.
  • Interfaces with appropriate internal groups (i.e., Accounting, Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and Legal Affairs) to ensure proper analysis of tracking and reporting.
  • Maintains sales and related forecasts and analysis for management reports.
  • Maintains a high level of technical expertise and sales proficiency to meet the reporting needs on client activity.
  • Generates daily activity reports, reporting and trends.
  • Develops and maintains priority opportunities to expand service territory though capital investments.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and partners on the preparation of business proposals and RFP responses.
  • Creates competitive analysis, estimates costs and revenue and develops / tracks other key performance indicators through performance dashboards or other tools.
  • Drives analysis for process improvement and funnel management.
  • Conducts analyses and provides actionable insight that accurately addresses business objectives through both quantitative and qualitative data mining.
  • Maintains familiarity with public private partnerships and government grants programs
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
