ROLE SUMMARY

Currently, Pfizer's Hematology portfolio is a leader in Leukemia with inlineproducts in ALL, AML and CML including Besponsa,Daurismo, Mylotarg and Bosulif. Pfizer's hematology portfolio has expanded to include our B-Cell Maturation antigen (BCMA) targeted bi-specific antibody, PF-06863135 for the treatment of multiple myeloma.

Multiple Myeloma is highly prevalent with substantialmortality (66%) and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32Bin most major markets by 2024. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer's Hematology team as we build in this new therapeutic area and bring PF-06863135 to patients. Pfizer Hematology is preparing for US Launch in Triple Class Refractory Multiple Myeloma with subsequent launches in earlier lines to follow. Given the highly competitive market, success will rely on speed to market, robust clinical data, and to establishing Pfizer leadership in multiple myeloma.

As Pfizer evolves its go-to-market strategy for consumers to include new, more impactful ways to educate and activate them, this role will play a critical part in developing content using a coordinated, omnichannel approach that uses enhanced engagement and health literacy principles. We are focused on connecting patients with the information they need, when they need it and via the channel that they prefer, and expanding our reach to help overcome healthcare disparities and access to treatment. The Consumer Marketing Sr. Manager will be responsible for tactical pull-through of branded and unbranded tactics to ensure a successful launch. They will partner with the Consumer Director in ensuring patient and caregiver strategies are translated into meaningful and impactful tactics in support of business objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with Consumer Director to adopt Bold Move and Omnichannel principles to build Consumer marketing strategy
  • Develop and execute unbranded pre-launch campaign tactics and associated media plan
  • Develop and execute branded US Consumer promotional materials to ensure day-1 readiness, OPDP submission and promotional rollout, etc.
  • Display and search lead - ensure banners and SEM/SEO is integrated into consumer omnichannel approach
  • Collaborate with x-functional colleagues to identify and rollout resources through patient services HUB
  • Collaborate with x-functional team in development of patient reimbursement strategy and resources (e.g. co-pay, vouchers, etc.)
  • Continuously measure the impact of marketing initiatives, generating early learning, and driving continuous improvement
  • Identify and track overall performance and KPIs for key tactics to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Identify strategic customer insights through collaboration with medical, market analytics, field force and prescribers and translate into actionable strategies


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing
  • Consumer marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Oncology experience preferred
  • Brand launch experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
