Project Manager

Job Description
• Accountable for and manages the development,
implementation and ongoing maintenance of project(s)
with relatively small and/or less complex scope and
deliverables.
• Project scope typically impacts one of the following:
process, system, function, and/or product. Length of
project may run one year or less in duration.
• Supports the business by recommending appropriate
actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business
needs.
• Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a
project and or program such as planning, coordination,
development, implementation including the financial
implications while prioritizing work, resources and time.
• Ensures the end state of the project and/or business
operations meets business objective(s) and that all
deliverables and due dates are met.
• Highly collaborative process often requires managing
relationships across the segments or multiple functional
areas.

Required Qualifications
• 3-5 years Project Management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of applications,
(including Project or Asana) and Visio required
• Experience with SharePoint required
• Demonstrated project successes with related disciplines:
business process development, implementations,
migrations, system upgrades, automation replacement,
operational improvements, etc.
• Demonstrated skills in building/directing an internal team
to collaborate with a broad team of SMEs from diverse
organizational backgrounds to effectively meet project
goals and affect change
• Project/program expertise in stakeholder facilitations,
communications and relationship management
