Primary Responsibilities:
  • Improving data integrity and quality as part of UHC's collective value-based programs
  • Improve the completeness and timeliness of provider data Integration across lines of business by leveraging industry standards for data sharing and technology enablement
  • Delivery of integrated STARs/HEDIS processing
  • Partner with VBSC CDSM team to support VBSC provider onboarding and data submission
  • Partner with VBSC Solutions and Outcomes and VBSC CDSM team to provide national structured data support, submit service now tickets and support loop back communication to our VBSC customers upon resolution
  • Possess proven strong business acumen and national project management skills, project implementation and quality assurance and testing
  • Experience working with matrix partner relationship building experience, managing data quality completeness and timeliness, determining scope of work in a multi-phase project, and experience implementing change management

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Administration, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • 2+ years of experience managing multiple projects and technical support with cross functional teams
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and supporting solution design
  • Experience accomplishing job requirements with limited supervision
  • Advanced+ level proficiency with MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate+ level profciency with MS Office Visio and Project
  • Experience with HEDIS, STARs and healthcare quality initiatives


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Health Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of Healthcare Industry experience
  • 3+ years of electronic clinical data exchange experience
  • 2+ years of experience working with a national EMR vendor (i.e. Epic, Athena, AllScripts, Cerner, etc.) as a Systems analysts or technical support position
  • Knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid
  • Experience and expertise in UCS VBSC/VBSC Clinical Transformation processes and operations
  • Experience creating pivot tables and writing SQL queries
  • SharePoint Experience
  • Experience contracting with healthcare providers

  • Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
