Job Description

The Marketing Innovation and Analytics Director - Marketing Strategy role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

Partner with key internal stakeholders to distill key business, policy and analytical findings against marketing research and insights to plan and execute impactful, measurable go-to-market campaign strategies. You will identify changes in the marketing environment, including competitive strategies to evaluate, adjust, or redraft the Single-Family organization's marketing plan. You will help accelerate and develop product innovation and segment initiatives on behalf of the Single-Family business powered by data, insights and a mission-orientation to help champion change with key partners.

· Deliver award-winning marketing programs, content and differentiated customer experiences to support Single-Family business objectives

· Responsible for driving continuous improvement of marketing planning and measurement in support of mortgage product innovation strategies

· Drive alignment of brand narrative to content distribution strategies and measuring success of key marketing programs to improve brand awareness and reach



Minimum Required Experiences

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 10+ years progressive experience in financial services, with 10+ years in marketing and/or product innovation experience
• Desire to work in a diverse and inclusive organization that values DE&I culture initiatives; has prior experience developing marketing programs to reach diverse audiences and/or underserved segments

Desired Experiences

• Graduate degree (MBA or Master's) in marketing and/ or finance
Proven track record using actionable data to influence how marketing strategy intersects with product innovation
• Optimize and refine the role of Single-Family marketing programs through benchmarking, performance updates, data-driven business cases and continuous improvement opportunities
• Demonstrable track record in marketing analysis, measurement and setting annual marketing plans to achieve business goals
• Analytically minded and skilled at developing data-driven marketing campaigns tied to segment insights, business strategy, and market needs
• Position Single-Family business as a leader in delivering sustainable housing solutions and amplifying the role of real estate finance against evolving ESG goals
• Prior marketing experience supporting ESG products and services
• Develop outreach, positioning and marketing strategy to align with mortgage product innovation opportunities
• Manage product marketing innovation portfolio to achieve Single-Family business goals
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of financial and ESG-related information, research, analytics
• Manage process for identifying and assessing outreach and distribution channels, influencing key stakeholders to advance Single-Family business strategy
• Responsible for strategic growth, competitive differentiation to amplify SF objectives
• Chart new vision for Single-Family product innovation plan, analytics and marketing optimization efforts
• Create reports and tools to support achievement of weekly/ monthly/ quarterly performance tracking
• Contributes best practices and patterns to solve complex process and operational blockers
• Operational agility to deliver timely, actionable marketing platforms, systems and insights
• Develop thought leadership concepts and upfront strategy tied to marketing strategy and end-to-end program implementation
• Create marketing analytics organizational best practices to measure, forecast ROI opportunities to ensure optimal allocation of Single-Family marketing resources
• Experienced team leader
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable challenging the status quo to foster growth opportunities or to champion the end consumer
• Comfortable partnering with account teams, product teams, creative teams, digital/ technology, and PR to influence fully integrated marketing campaigns (ie, social media, creative, web development, mobile, media planning, etc.)
• Effectively mobilize internal/ external resources to develop impactful and measurable campaigns tied to key business priorities
• Drives accountability in coaching and leads by giving feedback and offering follow-up actions
• Collaborates with others with different functional expertise to work towards a common goal

  • Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills (written and verbal communications, as well as solid presentation skills)
  • Experience in advanced analytic techniques, such as A/B testing, customer segmentation and marketing effectiveness
  • Excellent Excel reporting skills; proficient with Tableau or data visualization tools
  • Experience using collaboration tools, such as Confluence, Workfront Fusion, MS Teams
  • Comfortable or familiar with Adobe, Seismic, Salesforce, Docebo (LMS), JiffleNow and SharePoint
