Program Manager, LibertyWorks Advanced Development

Indianapolis, IN

As the Program Manager, LW Advanced Development, you will support customer business engagement activities as the LW Advanced Development program lead, providing all program management duties for customer product studies and program support of customer proposal activities.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Support of Customer Business engagement activities and capture as well as management of customer requirements
  • Program support of customer proposal activities
  • Management of ongoing competitive intelligence & analysis activities, and acting as the Advanced Platforms Competitive Intelligence Steering Committee Chair
  • Coordination of non-advocate reviews on Advanced Development future product activities
  • Providing all program management duties for customer product studies, including: contract coordination; project planning, resource planning, cost / schedule management, risk management; earned value management, on-time deliverables, and customer satisfaction
  • Providing all program management duties for internal trade studies and associated R&T projects, including: project planning, resource planning, cost / schedule management, risk management; earned value management, on-time deliverables, and reporting to stakeholders
  • LW Advanced Development future product development planning and product business case support

Basic Requirements:

• Associates degree and 7+ years of experience, OR

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, OR

• Master's degree with 3+ years of experience, OR

• JD/PhD, or

• 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred Requirements:

• Demonstrated strengths in customer & stakeholder management

• Demonstrated ability to influence and deliver in a cross-functional environment

• Project or program management experience in technology and/or development programs
