The T56 Tactical Fleet Manager will serve our T56 customers, the RR shareholder and the team. The role is responsible for providing the technical support strategy for the T56, F402 and 501K (energy) Services programs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage technical support to enable delivery of contractual commitments to T56 Series 3, 3.5, 4, 427-A, F402, and 501K (energy) customers
  • Manage Customer Training program for T56 and F402 customers and Technical Publication development and deployment activity
  • Manage prioritization of technical resources including operations center and on-wing care activity
  • Lead, manage and monitor plans for modification incorporation, ensuring technical, commercial and logistical activity is coordinated
  • Provide fleet data to and liaise with customers on short term fleet planning & availability to ensure they have confidence in the level of service being provided and manage customer expectations of contractually committed technical support
  • Support program managers with quality, safety, and risk mitigation activity

Basic:
  • An Associate's degree with 10+years experience, or
  • A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, or
  • A Masters degree with 3+ years experience, or
  • JD/PhD, or
  • 12+ years experience in lieu of degree
