Business & Integration Architecture Manager (Accenture LLP; Phoenix, AZ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Integration Architecture Manager in Phoenix, AZ, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Define, analyze, solve, and document the business requirements and processes for Accenture or our clients program/project specifications and objectives.
  • Develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques.
  • Gather and analyze information to define and review project specifications and requirements.
  • Write functional specifications using cases and requirements that describe the necessary system changes or new system features.
  • Develop strategy and functionality, and demonstrate functional solutions to business, IT client, and the development team.
  • Provide functional support to the development team to use the functional specifications and requirements to develop technical solutions.
  • Identify and assess complex problems, and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors and will be implemented by the team.
  • Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Implementing SAP Finance, SAP General Ledger, SAP Accounts Receivable, SAP Accounts Payable, SAP Bank Accounting, SAP Asset Accounting, S/4HANA, and SAP MDG;
  • Supporting cross-functional teams and integrating SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Fiori with the following SAP Modules: SAP HR, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP MDG, or SAP FSCM;
  • Nakisa Lease Management implementation and SAP ECC Integration;
  • Working with BlackLine account reconciliation and integration with SAP;
  • Multi-Bank connectivity with SWIFT implementation;
  • Managing SAP projects, including providing solutions for complex requirements on front-end, middleware, and back-end, and suggesting improvements on ongoing performance issues;
  • Collaborating with engineers and software developers to select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components;
  • Leading and coordinating onshore and offshore team in configuration and implementation of Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting;
  • Working with multi ERPs source system and SLT, mapping through SAP PI and MDG;
  • Integrating SAP with third-party applications via Microsoft BizTalk, SAP PI, and SAP cloud connector;
  • Conducting meetings with business and other process stake holders on functional requirements gathering;
  • Preparing functional requirements documents for system or configuration changes and performing production implementation activities;
  • Participating in incident management and problem management; and
  • Creating and executing knowledge management plans for continuous upskilling of direct reports.


Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Project management, including estimating, budgeting, work planning, issue and risk management, and overall delivery to achieve the targeted outcomes;
  • Gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects;
  • Designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting applications; and
  • Providing technical guidance or support for development or troubleshooting of applications or systems.


Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
