As a Director of Project Management for Card Decisioning Platforms, Customer Success team, you will lead an organization of project/product and delivery managers in delivering flawlessly executed outcomes that improve business efficiency and drive results. You serve as the leader and subject matter expert on the operationalization of initiatives while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization and improvement of process to ensure appropriate execution each and every time.

Responsibilities of this role may include:
  • Leading teams to drive the development of new capabilities and the implementation of initiatives
  • Designing, developing, and managing plans to deliver initiatives in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements
  • Partnering cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive results
  • Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Serving as subject matter expert on the execution of strategic initiatives in a well-managed, sustainable way

We are seeking industry leading project, process and operations professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in project and process improvement, capability development, and delivery management. This individual will have demonstrated that they can design, improve, and utilize processes resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of strategic imperatives as well as well-managed processes.

This role will focus on the implementation of strategies and the development of well-managed processes and experiences related to the following horizontal service areas: AMP service catalogue creation and ownership, Data Governance and Well Managed Intent management, End to End Testing, Enterprise and Data Science Intent management, and AMP team operations.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 7 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, project management, product management or process management with cross-functional teams
  • At least 5 years experience managing projects with cross-functional teams, by removing obstacles and influencing partners and stakeholders
  • At least 3 years of People Management experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
  • Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt Certification
  • 5+ years of Consulting and Analytical experience
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • 10+ years of Process Management experience
  • 10+ years of Project Management experience
  • 10+ years of People Management experience
