The individual will establish cellular platforms for in vitro target validation in neuroimmunology and establish proof-of-biology in murine models of MS and neuroinflammation.

What You’ll Do
  • In vitro culture of primary human immune cells, iPSC/stem cell differentiation, brain slice culture, and brain organoids
  • Design and execute experimental plans, perform rigorous analyses, and interpret results
  • Collaborate with relevant individuals and groups to advance projects
  • Communicate experimental results orally as presentations/posters, draft research reports and contribute to peer-reviewed manuscripts
  • Read pertinent literature and exhibit knowledge of cellular and biological processes, applying them to propose new ideas and suggest creative solutions to technical challenges

Who You Are

You love working in a fast-paced, collaborative lab environment generating experimental data to drive pipeline projects and new target validation. You are passionate about cellular neuroimmunology and using your skills to develop new therapies for neurological diseases.
