Procurement Coordinator (Entry Level)

Job Description

As a Procurement Coordinator you will be first point of contact for inquiries into the program office and will enable our Procurement Operations teams to deliver the required business outcomes for our clients.   • Triage incoming requirements to determine the most appropriate engagement path.
  • Assist client with establishing or extensions of Statements of Work and associated resource assignments.
  • Structure and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) to gather supplier qualification data and information.
  • Field questions from clients and handle or escalate as appropriate.
  • Assist in gathering and reporting on performance of suppliers.
  • Log all client reported issues and track resolution through to completion ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update monthly activity and performance reports including program audit reports, SOW/project activity reports, invoice reports, etc.
  • Constant and professional interaction via email and phone with client, suppliers, and other partners.

  • Excellent documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • MS Office/Tools- advanced skills
