Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Network Delivery Engineer to join our team to manage and deliver enterprise network solutions worldwide. The successful candidate must have both broad technical knowledge across numerous networking products as well as experience in leading global teams in worldwide deployments and support. The successful candidate must be able to learn new technologies and processes quickly while partnering with Network SMEs and peers across numerous technical and business disciplines. The individual will engage and communicate with all levels of management.

The services that the Network Team develops allow our Company to communicate globally and share and exchange data worldwide with employees, partners and customers. This role requires an individual with both leadership experience and subject matter expertise with Enterprise Network solutions and processes.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead global teams delivering complex networking solutions.
  • Act as a thought leader, innovator and agent of change to influence and drive implementation strategies and proactively share knowledge with team members.
  • Partner with all Network Product teams for solution delivery and service introduction.
  • Coordinate and partner with IT, finance, business and other areas to ensure integrated processes, efficient introduction of new technologies, retirement of obsolete technologies and support for business-led initiatives.
  • Lead and deliver next-generation network architectures into production.
  • Ensure full SDLC compliance for all technologies implemented into production.
  • The individual must have strong leadership to drive delivery of services worldwide.


Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.


Required Experience and Skills:
  • 10+ years in Network Product Engineering, Operations, Service Delivery.
  • Excellent Leadership Skills.
  • Experience leading large service delivery teams.
  • Experience engineering and supporting network solutions.
  • Experience in delivering network solutions for large-scale organizations.
  • Demonstrates effective interpersonal skills; able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with employees of all levels; able to foster cooperation in others; creative problem-solver.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High personal integrity, credibility, and energy.
  • Ability to acquire new skills.
  • Knowledge of Network Infrastructure and Network Design.
  • Demonstrated accomplishments in achieving objectives in a global organization together with the ability to work effectively and independently on cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to lead and deliver solutions in a stressful environment and react quickly in times of crisis.
