Our location in Columbus, OH currently has an opportunity for a Community Management Lead. The Community Management Lead role is part of the Digital Strategy Team within the internal creative agency department. It is made up of highly skilled and collaborative cross-functional partners that allow us to solve complex problems in innovative ways and create experiences that improve people's lives.

  • Manages a team of Community Managers responsible for monitoring activity on Abbott Nutrition's social channels, engaging with consumers on behalf of our brands, publishing social media content, and developing rich community insights.
  • Process lead for monitoring, response and publishing of social content across Abbott Nutrition's social channels, ensuring clear workflows are documented. Leads creation of new community management process as necessary, collaborating with cross-functional teams to reach alignment.
  • Ensures social activation adheres to policies & guidelines and works cross-functionally to communicate best practices.
  • Owns crisis escalation and communicates social media impact with cross-functional teams and ensures appropriate monitoring plans are in place.
  • Sprinklr single-point-of-contact for monitoring, response, publishing, and reporting, ensuring our tool is optimized for community management.
  • Consult on new channel launches to document launch plans necessary to set team up for success and drive to DRB alignment.
  • Owns and updates social media channel details within corporate Digital Asset Inventory.

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of marketing strategy experience in CPG or Health related industries
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to facilitate communication and share out of results and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment and lead strong teams through rapidly evolving, complex demands, including multiple projects with dependencies on other teams.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to solve complex problems
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently
