The Role:

We are looking for a Facilities Coordiantor to work in our Radnor, PA office. This is a great opportunity, for someone with the dedicated work effort, who can work in a fast paced office environment You'll work on coordinating services for facilities like room set up, catering and security. if you're customer service oriented, comfortable on the phone, and Microsoft Office Suite fluent, this will be a great role for you.


  • Administers routine and non-routine services for facilities including but not limited to room set-up, catering, and security.
  • Answers phone calls and directs calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
  • Applies expanded knowledge obtained for the role to effectively communicate with stakeholders/senior leaders on facilities questions and/or concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Applies expanded knowledge obtained from the role in increasingly more complex situations and continues to acquire more knowledge to apply in role.
  • Coordinates conference room and/or meeting arrangements.
  • Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately.
  • Escalates more complex issues or concerns to management or appropriate internal stakeholders.
  • Greets and directs visitors and determines whether they should be given access to specific individuals or departments.
  • Makes routine & non-routine decisions, applying limited but increasingly more discretion within role except for matters of significance which affect the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines
  • Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards.
  • Plans and coordinates special events as needed.
  • Prepares more complex correspondence, memorandums and documents to internal stakeholders and management.
  • Processes invoices for prompt payment as needed.
  • Provides a diverse range of information and performs a diverse range of tasks/transactions related to common programs and services.
  • Recognizes increasingly complex issues/concerns for assigned area(s) of responsibility and suggests process improvements.
  • Schedules maintenance and repairs to office equipment as needed with appropriate Facilities resources.
  • Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Works overtime as needed.


  • High School diploma or GED or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience. - Minimum Required


2 - 3 Years of administrative services and/or office clerical experience that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position. (Required )

Work Arrangement:

In Office:Employees will work in a Lincoln office in a designated workspace. Remote flexibility is considered/granted by managers on an ad-hoc basis, for special circumstances.
