Senior Associate MES Analyst
Site Name: Guayama JV Posted Date: Nov 9 2021 As a Sr. Associate MES Analyst you will be responsible for providing primary level support (troubleshooting) to assure a flawless business execution. This includes support to Planning, Operations, Quality SAP/MES Modules in addition of master data, training and implementation of changes following the appropriate documentation in compliance with cGMP. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Performs remedial actions troubleshooting and necessary training on any SAP, AMPS and MES System that is failing following established procedures Escalates unresolved issues to SAP Manager and or Help Desk Develops metrics and monitors the effectiveness of the system Participates in the development of business report and provides accurate and timely information to management for business decisions Support the implementation of local and corporate projects Identifies areas of opportunity to improve effectiveness of the operations Train new users and offer system training refreshment as needed Records all SAP problem management and changes management requests that are received by telephone, email, memo, etc; following the established procedures Ensures that technical knowledge is up to date. Attends appropriate training as offered by SAP Core Team Actualizes and/or creates all the necessary SOP's related with SAP System Management of Master Data (Creation and maintenance) including the required relationships to secondary system such as SAP,MES, AMPS, PAS-X etc. Individual is required to be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on a rotating basis. Weekend and off-hours may be required on and as needed basis. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering, Business Administration or related field is required. Two years plus experience in business analysis in a pharmaceutical environment. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Advance training in support and troubleshooting in SAP and MES. Knowledge of SAP / MES Production Planning, Material and Production Scheduling tools. Experience in managing small to medium size projects also desired in addition to problem solving techniques.
