Our Program Analysts provide analytical support to, or administrative oversight of, programs and/or projects. Role may include serving as a subject matter or technical/scientific resource. Participates in the development of project management models for forecasting resource requirements, and the resolution of contractual issues. Duties Include:
  • Preparation and delivery, as needed, of reports and briefings for senior leadership across the IC and Agency as well as development and communication of associated messages and communication/outreach strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining Commercial GEOINT Activity web presence to include strategic communications and industry engagement interfaces.
  • Work across the IC to develop coordinated positions on policy, regulatory, and legislative issues, and communicate those positions to the appropriate authority.
  • Maintain a SharePoint site to act as a knowledge repository and facilitate communications amongst stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly status updates, quarterly and annual reports and briefings.
  • Facilitate weekly leadership and monthly membership meetings to review current status of activities and upcoming events.
  • Participate in interagency working group meetings addressing commercial remote sensing issues.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Graduate degree. (Non-degreed incumbents must meet equivalency guidelines).
  • Demonstrated experience in Geospatial-Intelligence (15+ years in government or industry related experience).
  • Demonstrated experience with electronic publishing and the publication production process.
  • Demonstrated experience in Commercial GEOINT, validating /verifying adherence to specified requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience routinely interacting with senior-level directors and/or agency heads.
