Job Description

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager leads a team that drives Customer Onboarding, Customer Engagement Strategy, Customer Retention Strategy, Customer Change Strategy, and Customer Contact Governance to deliver a legendary Customer experience and cement long-term relationships with TD Bank. Develops and plans initiatives that drive Customer Primacy and deliver on our Customer-centric modern convenience brand promise, focused on retaining Customer relationships with an orientation to TD Bank's target Customer segments and potential value, and development of the right set of rules and analytics around optimizing communications with our Customers to proactively set the mindset to the Customer.

Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation decisions, promoting teamwork and handling any/all disciplinary actions, as required
Provides vision, leadership and strategic guidance to the customer marketing team implementing Company marketing plans and customer strategies and initiatives that support the Company brand strategy and market share objectives
Marketing advisor to senior management, multiple and/or complex businesses or the enterprise
Requires substantial relationship management breadth and influence in leading strategic initiatives, planning and/or integrating executional activities
Typically leads or contributes on projects of significant scope, strategic impact and complexity.
Advocates for brand appropriate Customer experience in all marketing programs and initiatives
Manages staff, assigns work and ensures high service levels are maintained according to Company policies and procedures and legal and regulatory guidelines
Establishes goals and objectives and provides training.
Develops and manages to team budgets for all managed programs
Ensures that service levels and quality of work from outside vendors is high and pricing is competitive
Analyzes and works to improve return on investment (NPV) of marketing programs
Oversees the successful design of marketing plans or customer-centric programs and relevant project plans incorporating full range of marketing resources and distribution channels
Determines and acts on long term marketing and customer strategies to ensure they are effectively supporting the business line needs.
Continually monitors and tracks the success and effectiveness of marketing plan/campaigns as well as customer strategies and programs
Develops and executes marketing strategies & communications for integration projects including advertising, direct mail, merchandising and collateral.
Manages overall relationships with agencies & vendors
Ensures that service levels are maintained and that the quality of work is high and pricing is competitive.

Job Requirements

4 year Degree or equivalent experience required
10+ Years of related experience
Knowledge of full range of marketing resources and media.
Management experience required.
Proven project management skills.
PC skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
