POSITION PROFILE

 

High performing leader to operate in all the following office services areas: operate high volume duplicating equipment, perform associated copying tasks, ship and receive product and supplies, sort, distribute and handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as apply necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. Will also perform bindery, QC and final check, switchboard, fulfillment, and courier duties based on location assignment.  May run shifts alone or in team environment.  This position reports directly to the Site Manager and supports three customer locations in the Cincinnati area.

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 
  • Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
  • Sorts and delivers mail.
  • Receives, delivers, and ships accountable packages.
  • Provides first responder service on convenience fleet.
  • Stocks, inventories, and ships fulfillment orders.
  • Completes dedicated courier run
  • Handles formal contact with the customer daily.
  • Interacts professionally with contracted vendors, facility management and occupants.
  • Responsible to monitor levels and manage ordering of office supplies and stationary.
  • Meets quality and deadline standards by the effective use of job scheduling practices.
  • Maintains efficient workflow by holding one’s self accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.
  • Maintains positive internal working relationships with all department employees by communicating in a professional manner.
  • Completes site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.
  • Responsible for continued development of self.
  • Responsible for effective implementation and management of RICOH Service Excellence.
  • Responsible for implementing innovative solutions for account growth.
  • Assists in the profitability of the site.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

  • Typically Requires:
  • Requires high school diploma or GED
  • Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
  • Requires experience with Office 365 Suite
  • Forklift certification is required (Ricoh to provide)
  • Requires valid, violation-free driver's license
