Manufacturing Associate IV (Manufacturing Coordination) - Day Shift

Job Description

What You’ll Do
  • Documentation review and approvals for cGMP manufacturing operations
  • Material management and inventory control
  • Continuous improvement Implementations
  • Manufacturing project involvement
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes in a biopharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing facility

  • You are highly detail oriented, primarily with inventory management and batch documentation record reviews. You are able to come up with great ideas to improve your job function and the job duties of those around you.


Required Skills
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) in addition to 3 years of direct experience OR BioWork Certificate or Associate’s Degree in addition to 2.5 years of direct experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of direct experience
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
  • Ability to develop schedules for the group when requested, and keeps other groups current on scheduling changes (e.g. communicates with schedules and materials management as required). Provides comprehensive and timely scheduling updates to the planning group(s).
  • Effectively manages time with multiple projects/tasks, prioritizes tasks for self and for the team as required to meet production timelines. Fully understands project timelines, including start-up and changeover schedules.
  • Prioritizes daily tasks and own responsibilities and follows daily schedules. May schedule/prioritize work related to a specific process step for which they are responsible.

In this field-based, specialty sales representative position you will be called upon to sell our products with key stakeholders in the Alzheimer’s Disease community: including Neurologists and allied health professionals.
