As part of the Marketing and Strategic Communications team, the Recuitment Marketing Specialist serves as the liaison between the Marketing and Human Resources Department and develops a variety of HR (Human Resources) communications initiatives and content around recruitment and retention, with a strong emphasis on digital social marketing. In coordination with the director of Talent Acquisition executes the agreed upon marketing strategy for talent acquisition across the LifeBridge Health entities.


  • Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
  • Background in digital employment communications
  • 3-5 years of experience
