Primary Responsibilities:
  • Grow and develop a team of high performing Implementation Project Managers.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact for Sr. Implementation Project Managers, internal operations, and clients
  • Work with Operations, and Functional leaders to proactively identify implementation issues and drive their resolution
  • Develop and present presentations for new business customer finalist presentations with Sales
  • Facilitate meetings at various levels of the organization
  • Monitor, track and report implementation status and performance
  • Identify implementation risks, implement a mitigation/action plan and drive improved outcomes, communicate to senior leadership
  • Ensure accuracy of plan updates and missed deliverables from all teams
  • Participate as Subject Matter Expert on Client facing calls
  • 25% travel

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience Pharmacy Benefit Management experience
  • 3+ In a Client Facing role
  • 2+ years of Implementation project management experience or Account Management Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to message, position, and present information for maximum customer impact and influence
  • Solid experience influencing internally and externally with soft power, driving cross - functional collaboration, and negotiating win-win solutions


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3+ year of staff management
  • Experience working with HealthTrust/CoreTrust business

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $79,700 to $142,600. The salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $87,900 to $156,900. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
