About this Role:

Having a state-of-the-art facility in biologic manufacturing processes, talented engineers are extremely valuable to our site being responsible for the equipment and systemsthat create products for our patients.

As a Process Engineer I you performequipment support activities and provides engineering technical support and troubleshooting in theupstream area. You are able to manage small engineering projects with little direction and provideengineering support to new product Tech Transfer activities as well as investigations. You participatein multi-function teams to implement change and improve on existing processes and directand supportdesign, specification and installation of new equipment and modifications to existing equipment.

What You'll do:
  • You troubleshootchambers, freezers, glasswashers, autoclaves and associated support systemsand you supportassociated automation system troubleshooting efforts. This also includes investigatingprocess or equipment failures and implementingchanges to avoid future occurrences.
  • You support the creation of new procedures for equipment and systems in Engineering and Manufacturing.
  • You identify and leadequipment related projects, including technology transfers, the implementation of new manufacturing processes, capital projects, continuous improvement projects and other modifications.
  • You develop and support equipment commissioning and qualification (validation) activities. Including the assessment of equipment needs and generates equipment user requirement specifications for fabrication or purchase.
  • You manageand trackcompletion timelines for compliance tasks (change controls, deviation investigations, corrective & preventive actions)
  • You maintainpersonal training, goal development / completion, compliance workflow tracking, & progress tracking.


  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree with a min. 0-2 years related industry experience
  • You have min. 0-2 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing environment
  • You bring practical knowledgeof GMP and EMEA regulations.
  • Need to be able to work on call (4 weeks a year)

  • Any competency in Delta V and MS applications is preferred
  • As a close cooperation with manufacturing, instrumentation and controls, and maintenance is needed, good communication and collaboration skills are important

In this field-based, specialty sales representative position you will be called upon to sell our products with key stakeholders in the Alzheimer’s Disease community: including Neurologists and allied health professionals.
