Job Description:


Advises, assists, leads, manages, works and/or supports the Client Cybersecurity Operations Cell (CSOC) in the development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, and communication of measurable business processes; SME development, coordination and maintenance of all assigned processes and procedures; SME development, coordination, and maintenance of all process diagrams, SOPs, Checklists, visualizations etc.; automate and visualize business processes. The Business Process Analyst will provide support to the CSOC at US Government facilities.

  • Lead, manage, work, and support business process development, review, coordination, adjudication, promulgation, communication, and compliance.
  • Conduct independent verification and validation and support to ensure CSOC's business processes are clear, fact-based, accurate, automated, outcome-driven, consistent with external guidance, are not duplicative within the client , and reflective of CIO-T and the client strategic planning.
  • Support development/implementation of business and operations process visualization.
  • Support development, tracking, and reporting of Business Process Analytics.
  • Support development, tracking, and reporting of metrics.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 11 years equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated experience, skill and expertise leading, managing, and working business process development, including but not limited to diagrams, checklists, SOPs, manuals, and handbooks
  • Demonstrated extensive knowledge of, and in-depth experience, skill and expertise leading, managing, and working professional business processes
  • Shall be skilled in the use of MS Office Products to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of MS Word to properly document checklists, procedures, processes, SOPs, etc.
  • Relevant knowledge of CMMI, ISO, and Six Sigma methodologies and best practices.
  • Certification: ITIL (must get within 6 months of award)
  • Demonstrated experience with Tableau and other visualization tools.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, System Engineering or Business related field. Additional 8 or more years of work experience accepted in lieu of degree

Desired Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity governance and cybersecurity operations
  • Knowledge of IC, Department of Defense, and NGA offices and programs
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
