Our location in Columbus, OH, currently has an opportunity for a Brand Manager, Therapeutic Nutrition CRM and Database. This role is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Ensure & Glucerna HCP and Consumer CRM programs by providing advanced analytics and plans across all aspects of the programs to achieve program objectives for acquisition, initiation, retention, and profitability by identifying, designing, and implementing advanced analytical projects. Responsible for strategy and management of database that supports CRM programs and tracking of HCP salesforce activity and engagement. Specific responsibilities include management of data integrity and governance policies, data visualization and automation and integration/collaboration with HCP FSF and broader Data Analytics team.

  • Support development of CRM strategy and implementation for Ensure and Glucerna brands
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers and key cross functional teams to identify and evaluate opportunities to utilize overall Brand strategy and data analytics to maximize program success.
  • Responsible for advanced analytic data techniques, modeling, and business analysis to understand the business and recommend actions for improvements.
  • Design test and learn projects to ensure they meet statistical standards of size and readability. Assist operations team in implementing design into production.
  • Analyze the impact of all changes to the program; deliver results in appropriate format focusing on impact versus success metrics, implications to business, and next steps.
  • Lead program optimizations to drive business growth within the Brands CRM programs.
  • Forecast CRM production volumes and KPIs monthly. Adjust forecasts based on variance to actuals. Communicate changes in forecast that deviate from established plans with root cause of change and implications.
  • Ongoing expansion and oversight of program data structure as needed.
  • Develop and gain alignment on best visualization content that is in line with industry best practices and ease of user adoption to convey the story inside the data
  • Communicate analysis and findings clearly to senior leaders and key stakeholders


  • BS/BA in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Math, Statistics, or related field
  • 5 to 10 years' experience in marketing analytics, marketing strategy, data mining, feature creation, decision sciences or other analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to communicate technical analysis and findings clearly to senior leaders and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent business acumen skills including ability to translate analytic findings into business strategies that make sense for the business model

  • MS degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Experience with large scale CRM programs
  • Experience with large scale relational databases and other complex platforms
