About This Role

The Sr. Associate I, Quality Assurance will support all aspects of Corporate Quality Vendor Management team including but not limited to:

o Vendor Change Notification (VCN) Management

o Supplier Complaint Investigations

o Quarterly Business Reviews

o New Item Requests

o Quality Agreements

Incumbent’s roles within the above activities may include change owner, investigation owner, subject matter expert (SME), action plan owner, or quality review. The Sr. Associate will also support projects and improvement efforts related to raw material supplier management.

The ideal candidate has a strong quality background and has an aptitude for working on investigations and change controls. The candidate enjoys being challenged by a variety of tasks and working with others to problem solve.

Qualifications

Required Skills

· HS Diploma + 8 years experience or BS/MS Degree (science based degree preferred) + 4 years relevant experience

· Solid understanding of change control systems

· Working knowledge of cGMP standards

· Ability to coordinate multiple activities in parallel to meet required timelines

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Demonstrated problem solving skills

· Solid working knowledge of operations/quality systems

· Strong technical writing skills
