Sr Warehouse Materials Analyst

Job Description

What You’ll Do
  • You will serve as Warehouse Operations Subject Matter Expert for Oracle, providing the following capabilities: troubleshoot warehouse transactional discrepancies, provide applicable Oracle training to warehouse staff and support cycle counting process through process enhancement and updates to applicable procedures.
  • You will manage RTP Warehouse continuous improvement initiatives, driving both inventory and material flow efficiencies.
  • You will support the various RTP Warehouses in driving projects that optimize material flow from the warehouse to manufacturing, involving cross-functional stakeholders. Key stakeholders are Manufacturing Operations, Materials Planning, Scheduling, IT and Warehouse Operations. List in order of importance
  • You will drive a focus on real time allocations. You will identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within Oracle and WMS that will drive efficiencies that lead to standardization and realized synergies across PO&T.
  • You will interface with other departments to ensure that warehouses, materials management and inventory control functions are being performed in a timely and accurate manner
  • You will incorporate into warehouse procedures, process improvement updates, manage warehouse procedure periodic review process and approve warehouse procedure changes.

Required Skills
  • High School diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of five years of related industry experience.

Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree (BS) from an accredited university with a minimum of three years of related experience preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant Oracle experience.
  • Background in supply chain management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Competency in Oracle Process Manufacturing and Business Objects, MS Outlook, PLM, MS Word/Excel.
