Clinical Sourcing Vendor Contracts Specialist, Vendor Management

Remote: US (East Coast) or Canada

The Clinical Sourcing Vendor Contracts Specialist will draft and negotiate vendor agreements for clinical trial services. Perform PO, Task Order and Change Order reconciliations. Maintain various tracking and reconciliation tools and systems. Resolve routine vendor issues related to contracts or POs. Act as liason between project management and Global Vendor Management to ensure contracts and POs are created and updated as appropriate.

Additional responsibilities:
  • Analyze vendor payment detail and contract requests to ensure appropriate sourcing and category management
  • Independently negotiate business and legal terms in model agreements
  • Independently negotiate vendor master agreements
  • Independently review client agreements to identify appropriate flow-downterms for vendor agreements


4 year degree or ex-US equivalent from an accredited university in Business, Technical or Life Sciences.
  • Advanced degree, CPSM, CPM or equivalent work experience preferred.


Minimum Required:

  • 2 - 3 years of sourcing, negotiations and contract creation experience.
  • Must be an effective negotiator, have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in a clinical trials environment is preferred.
