Job Description
The Advisor- Product manager is a key contributor in Enterprise Products - Ecosystem: API Integration organization. Team is seeking a technical leader to join Productization initiative that is focused on creating rich integration product offerings for internal and external customers

Translate business needs into innovative solutions - Work closely with integration consumers and other key business partners to create a product vision, understand and help identify business value, understand required use cases and capabilities, and translate these into product requirements. Product managers play a critical role in creating alignment between engineering teams and stakeholders.

Create a market-leading customer experience - Drive the definition, development and deployment of best-in-class capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS' strategic and financial objectives.

Collaborate with technical teams to drive execution - Partner with project teams, vendors, development, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to implementation.

Build and communicate the vision - This role will have high level exposure and require superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives.

Help drive Integration strategy - Conduct product and competitive research to help shape long and short term strategy while providing quick and clear value add to the business.

Responsibilities will include
• Interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to understand the critical success factors for their org goals and how integration solutions can help.
• Participating in identification of integration product opportunities while working with all stakeholders and learning from business environment
• Marketing and selling integration products to internal and external adopters
• Establishing and standardizing processes that accelerate creation of integration products
• Establishing approach for product creation and an active product pipeline
• Educating enterprise on availability and adoption of API products
• Promoting API usage across the organization fueling innovation
• Creating roadmap for productization
• Helping establish tools and resources for organizing and disseminating information on discovery and consumption of APIs

Required Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in IT in a retail, healthcare, digital or regulated business setting (ideally using agile development methods to create/implement CRM, ESP, marketing cloud, or other personalization technology). Full-life cycle experience of IT Product Development.
-5+ years of Agile experience, SAFe preferred.
-5+ years experience in SOA, Middleware, Messaging, API and REST Based services and/or
developing middleware integration solution or Architect, architecting large scale federated systems.
-5+ years of experience in enterprise, application and information architecture methodologies and design and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
-5+ years of experience with object-oriented modeling principles (inheritance, polymorphism) and methods (use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.).
-5+ years of Experience with mobile platforms, web applications, middleware/services/APIs
-5+ years of experience with any or all of the following: Agile/Scrum Development & Management, Scaled Agile Framework, Iterative & Incremental development approaches, Continuous Integration and delivery

COVID Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in information systems. (Masters preferred)
