Sr Assoc HR, Performance & Strategic Projects, GTS


Reporting to the Senior Director, Colleague Insights, the Senior Associate will be responsible for project management support and Global execution of Colleague Insights programs and processes that generate people insights, including performance management, organizational survey and assessment and people analytics, to drive engagement and create an outstanding experience for colleagues.

  • Support the development and implementation of programs and processes that generate people insights including perf ormance management (Performance & Leadership Insights , PLI ) , organizational survey and assessment and people analytics .
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and drive execution of programs to meet agreed targets and milestones , including coordination with external vendor partners.
  • Partner with Digital to develop the bespoke system that support s performance management , including ensuring alignment with stakeholders on the overall design, requirements creation, prioritization, and user experience testin g
  • Partner with Colleague Service Center to ensure knowledge transfer to support colleague questions on processes and programs and respond to escalated issues.
  • Respond to colleague and Human Resource partners questions, identify and address issues, and develop solutions in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Recommend and drive system and program changes and continuous process improvement based on user feedback and changing business needs.
  • Track program and project budgets

  • Bachelors degree in business-related discipline
  • 3+ years experience
  • D emonstrated experience with large-scale, global, enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Excellent project management skills including demonstrated ability to plan, organize and successfully complete complex projects within defined budgets and timelines with an attention to details
  • Experience working with Exce l including a bility to manage and manipulate large data files and ability to ensure data accuracy; working knowledge of pivot tables and v-lookup a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and internal customer focus
  • Strong consultative, problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A bility to work effectively in an environment of change and ambiguity
