Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience providing business support services, at a minimum, in a medium sized office environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Read, write and speak English; fluent in host country language required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree, or its international equivalent, from an accredited university required or equivalent experience

Manage administrative, business and facility support functions for the regional Raleigh, NC office. Responsibilities
  • Manages administrative, business and facility support functions for a regional office or for all offices including reception, shipping/mailroom, accounts payable coding & entry, maintenance of office equipment, maintenance of business resumption plan, ordering of supplies, conservation and security programs, and relationships with vendors/service providers
  • Procures facility equipment and office supplies which may include: researching product/service, cost compare pricing, negotiate final terms, select vendor, oversees installation, maintaining spreadsheets, analyzing bids, various levels of negotiations, assisting in development of RFP's or bid packages, and maintaining appropriate documentation. This role requires working closely with corporate services when dealing with global contracts to ensure that the company guidelines for these specified areas are met
  • Plans for regional office facility growth; oversees and directs actions to ensure the economic and efficient use of facility
  • May participate in all office lease negotiations and engages with all office expansion teams as functional expert to ensure facility build out meets standards and negotiated leave concessions/economics are fully met
  • May maintain a summary of key facts and attributes of all office space, including: location, lease termination/extension dates, square footage available and utilized, and lease rates
  • Recommends and implements operational policies and procedures for office services; ensures that professional office environment is properly maintained
  • Schedules and reviews project tasks; provides leadership in the delivery of services to internal and external clients; ensures that staff fulfill their responsibilities in accordance with PRA policies, procedures, and SOPs; and ensures HR processes are properly implemented
  • May handle special projects and execute research and data analysis tasks
  • Assignments may vary based on area
  • Must oversee office space equal or greater than 20,000 square feet/1950 sq. meters
