  • Data mining and data compilation; Maintain files and databases; Manage personnel / vacancy data compilation and management; Manage field-based Data Change Requests (Veeva)
  • Work closely with peers and with data/report providers in Enabling/ Platform functions (Digital, BAI, BIO Ops) to ensure data and reporting needs are met
  • Proactively identify issues that could impact organizational goals and identify solutions to ensure the team can maximize the business opportunity and customer experience
  • Proactively suggest and create business performance metrics and scorecards and maintain them to generate insights and drive ongoing improvements in: process efficiency, sales effectiveness, customer experience, etc.
  • Participate in various strategic and operational initiatives with a startup mentality and can-do attitude

  • BA/BS Degree required. Quantitative degree preferred
  • Min 5 years of insights/analytics experience; less with advanced degree
  • SQL or another query language
  • Strong reporting and analytical capabilities to derive insights from data. Sales, call center data experience preferred
  • Strong data visualization experience. Tableau experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), influencing, negotiating, listening and interpersonal skills to effectively develop / maintain productive internal and external relationships.
  • Strong internal networking skills to solicit information and integrate industry best practices to the organization
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, energy, and accountability with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception through completion while bringing stakeholders along
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and balance multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and responding quickly to feedback through iterative design

  • Advanced degree in Analytics
  • Finance and/or Accounting experience a plus
  • Data modeling experience
  • Snowflake experience
  • Customer-centric transformation experience
  • Experience with pharma sales data, pharma CRM data. Veeva experience strongly preferred
