Pfizer Connect Strategy and Insight Director

Our vision is to develop Pfizer Connect into an industry leading capability designed to meet our customers where they are by deploying innovative approaches to increase brand awareness, knowledge and understanding of our products, while enhancing our relationships and relevance with our customer base, ultimately leading to increased revenues. Working with the Pfizer Connect Leadership team, this leader will be accountable of creating a roadmap of transformation and capabilities, and supporting it with insights and strategies.


  • Develop the Pfizer Connect strategy, roadmap, and best practices to be leveraged by Pfizer Connect in partnership with Pfizer Connect LT
  • Proactively create business cases for Pfizer Connect initiatives: "size of the prize" analytics, ROI, roadmaps
  • Create the learning plan and the metrics roadmap to steer the Pfizer Connect strategy towards larger business impact, improved customer experience, and increased efficiency
  • Partner with the Pfizer Connect LT to recommend strategies and tactics that drive impact and improve business KPIs
  • Lead and manage transformation projects with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Digital)
  • Provide a roadmap for Inbound and Outbound call center strategy paired with tactical steps and frameworks for success measurement
  • Continuously evaluate and improve Pfizer Connect strategy based upon changing external trends, performance data and stakeholder input, recommending value added enhancements
  • Monitor external best practices and trends in Contact Center excellence, and proactively identify opportunities for Pfizer Connect to become the leader in the industry
  • Lead and participate in various strategic and operational initiatives with a startup mentality and can-do attitude

  • BA/BS Degree required
  • 10+ years of experience; less with advanced degree
  • Customer-centric transformation experience a must (Sales/Marketing/Contact Center/Digital)
  • Experience in analytics: identifying KPIs and measurement frameworks, being comfortable with data and analytics techniques
  • Top-notch data storytelling skills: experience providing insight-driven recommendations to Senior Management
  • Effective and deliberate presentation and communication style
  • Visual story-telling experience
  • Business case build experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based matrix environment with multiple stakeholders and competing needs
  • Demonstrated success in prior roles requiring informal leadership and influence in transformative projects/initiatives

  • MBA and/or consulting experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams / functions at Pfizer, both field and HQ-based
  • Deep understanding of data and technology space preferred
  • Advanced analytics skills preferred
