The PGIM Real Estate Systems team is a group of technologists who work directly with the business to implement new technology in addition to supporting the various systems and tools used by the business community. The Systems team is offering an opportunity for a role focused on infrastructure, development and core technology support.

Responsibilities include:

Application Infrastructure Support
  • Perform application release and deployment activities
  • Maintain application server software and components including addressing security vulnerabilities
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and assist with resolution
  • Support internal and external file transfer pipeline
  • Provide off-hours (evening/weekend) support as needed.

Development Support
  • Managing access requests for IT team and applications
  • Facilitate application compliance with security standards and document/maintain security exceptions

General technology support
  • Maintain documentation of supported systems
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for support activities
  • Work with cross-functional and infrastructure teams across the enterprise to support systems and business activities


The idea candidate must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
  • Working Knowledge of IT Hardware and Software and Windows Server operating system
  • Working knowledge of SQL Databases
  • Working knowledge IT security and networking concepts
  • Strong analysis, documentation, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Written and verbal communication skills, comfortablepresentingand articulating concepts
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose & address application issues
  • Ability to manage workload based on changing priorities

In addition, the following experience would be preferred:
  • Development experience in any modern programming languages (e.g.C#, Java, python)Knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket, Jenkins
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud services
  • Knowledge of Linux operating systemadministration
