WGL HRIS Analyst I

Performs a variety of routine and complex duties under minimal supervision in order to maintain timely, accurate Workday HCM system data.

You Will

  • Participate and assist with ongoing Workday functional configuration and integration.
  • Assists in the review, testing and implementation of Workday modules, upgrades and patches.
  • Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
  • Provides support, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities including running/scheduling reports.
  • Serve as partner to all HCM functional areas including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting and liaison with other business functions throughout the Enterprise.
  • Audit HR data to ensure compliance and data integrity - Detect, troubleshoot and resolve data issues


You Have

  • 0-2 Years experience working with Workday in an HRIS support capacity
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including advanced data functions in Excel
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to collect and analyze data and present findings
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt to change, work on multiple projects, resolve project issues, meet deadlines and escalate appropriately to management
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
