WGL - Senior Learning Managment System (LMS) Technology Specialist

Position Summary
If you are an experience LMS Specialist seeking a change, perhaps you should consider our opportunity. You will oversee and maintain the Washington Gas (WG) Learning Management System (LMS) and confirm compliance with and appropriate documentation of all required training and Operator Qualifications. Work with stakeholders to launch and track online course content.

You Will

  • Manages the Washington Gas Learning Management System (LMS) and maintains appropriate administrator accounts and access
  • Collaborate to maintain Mulesoft, Workday, and other system integrations/connectors
  • Responsible for all areas of Account Management for all users
  • Designs and generates reports to evaluate and maintain compliance.
  • Train users/stakeholders on system functionality
  • Coordinates with vendors and WG IT services regarding upgrade implementations, troubleshooting, access issues
  • Maintains testing center computer labs and mobile technology devices
  • Creates and executes test cases for content, system administration enhancements, and reports the feasibility of updates
  • Ensuring data integrity and validation through planned system audits and back-ups
  • Develops data analytics and actionable reports from data

You Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, information or educational technology or related field preferred with 4 years' work experience in database management, technology or related field
  • Working knowledge/experience of a Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday etc.
  • Demonstrate QA testing skills
  • Working knowledge or ability to come up to speed with online delivery tools, such as Flash, Articulate and HTML.
  • Working knowledge understanding of all content object standards including SCORM 1.2, 2004, CMI-5, and other LMS and content standards such as IMSCC are highly desired.
