Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute consumer marketing programs and projects for assigned product lines with support and guidance of more senior team members
  • Develop and pilot new member engagement approaches/programs to maximize marketing campaign results and meet business unit goals
  • Develop, manage and maintain relationships with internal (product, sales, operations, legal, creative, etc.) and external stakeholders and keep them informed about marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate efforts to further understand consumer behavior and apply those learnings to marketing initiatives
  • Drive measurement & reporting of marketing initiatives and align with internal partners to execute test strategies to maximize program utilization
  • Attend cross functional meetings to provide marketing updates, results, and status of key initiatives
  • Maintain a library of marketing and communications assets to support fulfillment of the assigned program, ensuring assets are aligned to corporate brand, legal, privacy and compliance standards
  • Manage budget processes for assigned product lines and areas

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of B2C marketing experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience developing and executing strategies and plans that meet business goals
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects participating in large multi-departmental workgroups
  • Strong communication, influencing and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and effectively shift back and forth from a variety of projects and priorities
  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills across a wide range of groups and functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated success planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns in a complicated, matrixed organization.
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Digital consumer acquisition marketing programs
  • Experience with marketing automation and personalization
  • Experience planning and managing paid media campaigns in agency or corporate setting

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $71,400 to $127,400. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
