There is never a dull moment on this strategic effort, a cornerstone for the Nation's security! The Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program will replace the aging Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), the first of its kind in over 50 years. The GBSD program is considered a "mega-project" and one of the most complex in the history of the Department of Defense. The new GBSD weapon system acquisition effort brings the newest digital engineering tools and Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) practices to meet existing warfighter requirements, while having the adaptability and flexibility to affordably address changing technology and threat environments through 2075.

BAE Systems is looking for an Environmental Scientist with Geographic Information System (GIS) experience accountable to the Integration Support Contract's (ISC) GBSD Infrastructure and Deployment Division. You will be part of a cohesive and integrated GBSD team responsible for supporting weapon system environmental planning required for GBSD construction and deployment across California, Utah, Wyoming, Montana and North Dakota from our Program office located at Hill AFB in Utah.
